About this ebook

Falling in love with Cameron Madden was the easy part.

Keeping that love… well, that’s been a challenge.

See, everything was taken away from me.

My faith has been tested.

I’ve grieved, I’ve cried, and I’ve screamed in anger and Cameron was there by my side. He kept me safe and sane.

Now that I’ve healed, it’s time for me to give him all that love back. It’s time to find firm ground I can stand on, because in spite of Cameron’s love, the past still haunts me.

It gives me nightmares.

It sends fear coursing through my veins.

It lurks and waits for the right time to strike.

Once I heal, I’ll have to face my past and fix my future, because if I don’t succeed, I’ll lose everything all over again.

Note: Baby Me is a Sin With Me novella. It can be read as a standalone, or following Sin With Me. Contains spoilers to Sin With Me.

Emotional and Suspenseful as Cameron Cares for Kate From the title, I incorrectly thought this book would be about Kate and Cameron having a baby. Boy was I was wrong! This book is about Cameron caring for Kate, aka “babying her”. Silly me for assuming! Kate is such a fierce female lead that her letting Cameron “baby her” was unexpected, yet perfectly placed in this series. This is another fantastic book in the With Me series! The first half of the book is slower and more intimate (more emotional), which is nice for a change of pace, but then, in typical Lacey Silks style, the plot picks up a ton of steam and Baby Me gets fast and fabulously suspenseful! I highly recommend this series! :) This book can be read as a fabulous standalone, but I highly recommend reading the first books in the With Me series first (Sin With Me and Run With Me) as this book contains a lot of spoilers for the other books. The first book in the series, Sin With Me, is a deliciously sinful read, and definitely worth reading first!!! I was surprised that Baby Me is classified as a novella, as it felt like a full length novel to me because of all of the emotion and suspense. Way to go Lacey! :)

A Review of Baby Me by Lacey Silks Kate and Cameron - 5 Stars First, I ABSOLUTELY love the cover for this book and the storyline is killer! If you've read the first couple of books in this series, then you will recognize Cameron and Kate from there. And, although this can be read as a stand alone book, it does have spoilers for Sin With Me if you haven't read it yet, so just be aware that you might want to read that one first. **Honest review voluntarily provided from a Complimentary Copy**

I have thoroughly enjoyed this suspenseful, twisted and wonderful romance journey. Kate and Cameron have found the perfect spot to hide out and allow her to heal but Kate’s mind is always working. Even being in a secluded location, the detective in her is always working. As they focus on her healing and hoping Aaron Cortez is caught, the baby bug bites. She struggled following the miscarriage but the thought of being pregnant has sent her hormones into overdrive. Now she needs to convince Cameron to get on the baby train. I loved the small town they stayed near and the unique cast of characters, Silvia is a true gem with her animal sanctuary. There are also several surprises as this interconnected story reveals some secrets which kept me on my toes. Lacey Silks grabs me from the beginning and keeps me involved to the very end.

About the author

USA Today Bestselling Author Lacey Silks writes erotic and contemporary romances with a touch of suspense. She’s a happily married wife with two kids who uses her husband to test out the more intimate scenes for her writing – he said he doesn’t mind it at all.

When she’s not thinking about writing suspenseful and heart-throbbing yet gut-wrenching stories, Lacey enjoys camping and skiing with her family (not at the same time, but she also lives in a YOLO state of mind so you never know). She’s an early bird by nature, but loves the nightly adventures with her hubby which provide good content for her books.

Lacey likes to make her readers blush. She judges men by the size of their feet and loves sexy lingerie, though her favourite piece of clothing is a birthday suit.
